If you ever wanted to list folder size in details view

like the title said, this is to view folder sizes in detail view without having to right click properties on a folder.

once installed you just need to add a folder size column to the detail view.

This is going to be handy for being able to quickly find out where I can clear up space on the computers I manage at work. Some of them have fairly small hard drives, and cleaning up enough space on them isn't always easy.

Does this work in Win7? (Fascist company won't let me see it.) If so, I'll have to add it to the tips & tweaks thread.

I wonder why MS doesnt give you this ability and only a 3rd party does. I would have prefered an MS solution

Especially considering that the Mac OS Finder has had this ability for many, many years. One would think MS would've ripped it off by now.

i don't know if it works on vista or win7, i've only tried it on xp.

x64 version?

Microsoft's reasoning holds no substance. They could have implemented this feature, and disabled it by default, like the Mac does.
