I think you would be more than pleased with a TX850. It is a very solid PSU, and should run your rig just fine for many years.

As far as the SLI question, even though both cards are branded by different companies, as long as they are still the same cards (ie 285 and 285), it should just be a matter of installing the bridge and enabling SLI. If the cards were different (ie 285 and 260), it would just default both cards to the speed of the slower of the 2.

thx for answering
There is another question though

I just put everything together enabled SLI all ok
but..
i used to bump fan speed to 80% using riva tuner but when im doing it now
changes are applied only for the first card the second one stays on stock 40%
is there a way to change both cards
When i bump fan speed to 80% highest GPU temp recorded bu GPU-Z
is 60/61 but if the card is left on auto fan control it goes to 80C
and fan speed is not changing it stays on 40%
before i had XFX9800GX2 and i didnt adjust fan speed it was running on stock settings no overclock and one day i was playing COH it crashed cause card overheated  and damaged itself it's still booting but there is plenty artifacts on the screen and you cant see nothing
so i want to be carefull now

There should be a drop-down in Riva that lets you select the 2nd card. Make fan/clock changes to card 1, apply, select card 2 & make changes.

Same with GPUz, use the drop-down at the bottem to see each card's clocks.

I tried but when i apply changes for the first card it applies automaticly for both
coz when i drop down to the 2nd card its allready set on 80%
but when i run GPU-Z and check both cards first is on 80& and second
stil on 40% :screwy:
And judging by the sound GPU-Z is right

Are there 2 or 4 cards in the Riva drop-down? I recall my x1900's in crossfire were both listed twice, one for each DVI output. (Obviously its been a while since I played with Rivtuner. lol) Also, are you using the lastest version? that could be a issue too.

The cards are listed ok i mean there is only 2 on Riva Tuner
and same in GPU-Z
as for the version im running latest version 2.24c
same with GPU-Z
here is how me cards are listed in Riva Tuner

GPU0\NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275\Sync Master 223BW
GPU0\NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275\(Default Monitor)
GPU1\Unattached Device

Don't have a clue what "Unattached Device " is lol

That's your second card - see the GPU #'s? It's not seeing the 2nd card for some reason. Was Riva installed proir to adding the 2nd 275? If so maybe try a reinstall.

Doesn't nvidia have a tuner app for video now?

Nope reinstalling Riva Tuner didn't help but i've noticed an error message
when i was reinstalling it it sez unsigned driver detected and program might not function properly .........
yea NVidia has a program to change card settings but it works the same way
its only changing 1st card and anyway when i tried to use NVidia's
program setthings came back to auto after every restart thats why i
started using Riva Tuner .......

As for "yoyotecher" LOL im from South London and i always buy my hardware in this store

Did you do a driver unistall before adding the 2nd card, & a driver clean, then new driver install after installing the card?

Sounds like you need to start a new thread over in the nvidia section. Sorry I couldn't be more help. :(
