Corsair ddr3 1600, need advice!!!

I need advice about this memory, what you recommend?

I vote #2. I don't see a need for any higher speeds than 1600 since it will not be a bottleneck or even anything worth noticing, even on benchmarks. It is important to have a low CL if you want the best out of your memory speeds. Plus, it is the cheapest one.
