When ever im surfing the net with FF and have a torrent running i get bsod at times. I uninstalled utorrent and installed bitcomet to get same results. I checked the minidump and debugged it to get this. So after reading the debug i reinstalled the NIC drivers so see if that fixes it. Any ideas what caused it.

Only does this when im downloading large files. and the BSOD says driver issue. Only driver i can think of is the NIC. SO i reinstalled it. Any other times the BSOD never shows up even under 24 hr stress test with prime. Im hoping the driver install fixes this problem, so i dont have to reinstall windows.

I had a similar issue to this, but it was with a USB wireless adapter. While downloading torrents the PC would just completely freeze. I tried every version of the drivers that were out, and they all froze the computer while downloading torrents.

I ended up getting off my lazy rear and I ran a network cable to the PC and got rid of the USB adapter, has not had a problem since.

Problem solved. Some how a NIC update with windows installed over my ASUS one. I reinstalled the one from the ASUS manufacture site and not one BSOD since.
