Easy website building program

I know next to nothing about creating an actual website. I've been toying around on www.wix.com and this is how far I've gotten so far.

only problem is the pictures keep budging a little and things like that. Anyone know of a program that lets me make things like this and I could just have it hosted by someone? I'm looking to keep things relatively cheap and I like toying with it. This is easy to do I just don't like their hosting services and the little issues i'm having with the template.

NVU is a great Program to use have used it in the past
