Revamped build based on prior suggestions

I had posted a proposed build asking for advice. I incorporated much of the advice given and this is my result.

I am going Intel CPU after much teeth gnashing and will not consider AMD for this build. I have also settled on a micro ATX format.

Computer is used for browsing, email, minor video watching (3-4 min videos), online Pogo games (mostly solitary type card games) and at times intense use of MS Office (multiple sessions of Word and Excel running while researching on internet and emailing). This will replace a Dell 8250 that is about 4-5 years old.

Goals are stability, longevity, quiet, cool and bang for the buck.

It will not be OC'd.

This is my first build and will use it for getting experience for my kick butt machine.

I would appreciate any thoughts about parts incompatibility, errors of any kind and any glaring mistakes in relation to usage or goals.

Thank you for any ideas! (Oh I'm old so be gentle )
