How to save my inbox from email in Vista?

My original O.S. was Vista. It was set up on raid and somehow the raid lost it's boot config.
I couldn't get vista to repair it's boot record, prolly cause the raid driver wasn't loading. bummer...

Anyways, I put in an extra disc, installed xp on it and am accessing the drives that way in order to save my data.
There's one thing I do not know how to find. How do I get to or save my inbox mail from the Microsoft Office 2007 Outlook that I had installed in Vista?
I tried to just run Outlook but it gives me an error and craps out.

Anyone know how I can resolve this? I would just like to recover my emails.
