smallest atx case

ok, i've had enough searching the past 2 days. can someone, better yet, everyone suggest the smallest case that will fit a regular atx mobo. it has to absolutely be shorter than 17"tall. i don't care if optical drives are vertical, but prefer top mounted PSU. i'd also like to spend less than $50. any suggestions...please!

what i've found so far is
Apex SK-503 ATX Black Mid-T Case
Gigabyte X3 ATX Mid Tower Case

The PSU mounts on the bottom right, make sure you have enough room for your video card:

Keep in mind that you'll have wires sticking out the back of your PSU so you won't have a full 245mm. Also keep in mind that the image assumes a standard ATX PSU size of 140mm.

Nice find. Great for some small dual core setups or low powered quads Can always mod the side panel for DAC as well.
