Quick MW punkbuster Q

I installed COD4 recently (I'm 2 years late).

Anyways I accidentally said no to install punkbuster. I already have it for BF2 so can I just use PBupdate, add MW, update, and shazaam? or do I have to reinstall or what?

Thanks.

Right now when I try to go online in mw it says PB not installed.

Yes. Just add the COD4 folder/executable (I don't remember which one it actually asks for) in the PB update tool, click "Update", and you'll be fine.

yeah i had to do the same thing, as my PB was out of date and wouldn't auto update, we should play sometime ocnoob, i've only racked up around 2 total hrs of online COD4 play.
