Question Modern warfare 2 graphics


i wanted to know if there is a mass difference between the high and extra settings or does the graphics look the same (ish) ?

Well, It really depends on weather you are talking about 360 or PS3, or the PC. The Pc really has a difference (I think) because of the Dx 10 (or 11, whatever that new one is...) compatibility. So the 3650 nigh need an upgrading

Umm... He's obviously talking about the PC version. He's asking specifically about PC settings... in the PC games section.

Anyway!

I'm playing on "Extra" so I don't know what it looks like on "High". I'll switch it to that next time I load it up and let you know. (Didn't buy the game btw... it was given to me by somebody that hated it.)

Does this game even use DX10?

no DX9, consoles can't handle it, IW doesn't care about teh PC.

PC version does have EXTRA textures and 4x AA I think I read. Thats about it.

I tried playing it with al lthe settings maxxed out and my pc couldnt handle it, which is a first.... so I had to turn some down a bit, but it did look great.
