Give these settings a try for 3.6GHz. The RAM timings assume 9-9-9-24 at 1.5, so just adjust accordingly...

Code:
====== System Clocks ======
CPU Freq, Mhz = 3600.0 - Current = 3600.0
FSB Reference Clock, MHz = 1600.0 - Current = 1600.0
CPU Multiplier [9 X] - Current = 9 X
x CPU N/2 Ratio = Disabled

PCIe x16_1 & x16_2, Mhz = [AUTO] - Current = 100
PCIe x16_3, Mhz = [AUTO] - Current = 100
SPP<-> Ref Clock, Mhz = [AUTO] - Current = 200

** HT Multiplier **
