2GB sticks? The number you posted previously, H5PS1G83EFR, references 1GB sticks, in a configuration of 8x128MB chips, based on the manual from the Hynix website.
I'm assuming you don't get a SPD table from CPU-Z with these sticks?
You can try loose timings and higher volts, maybe they'll get you to 1000MHz, won't know 'til you try.

are there any other identifiers ? like s63c etc.. That'll give the revision, and product level info..
You can use the Hynix Web tool to decode and identify your chips.
weird though, those part numbers point to 1gb dimms instead of 2.
Those all seem to be "normal" voltage.. so it's probably designed at 1.8v, and likely it's pc-6400
