Off some old DDR2 ram i got laying here.

Hynix
H5PS1G83EFR

Anyone know what the max speed these are rated for as well as voltage?

I found that they run at 1.8v and there are DDR2-400, DDR2-533, DDR2-667, and DDR2-800 modules.

Any other numbers/letters on the modules?

I'm looking through this for info.

Sticks are HMP1256UEFR8C 2gig sticks. Think i could run these at 1.9volts and get them to 1000mhz?

2GB sticks? The number you posted previously, H5PS1G83EFR, references 1GB sticks, in a configuration of 8x128MB chips, based on the manual from the Hynix website.

I'm assuming you don't get a SPD table from CPU-Z with these sticks?

You can try loose timings and higher volts, maybe they'll get you to 1000MHz, won't know 'til you try.

Yeah just tested them their 2 gig sticks

6.0 CL
6 tRCD
6 tRP
18 tRAS
24 tRC
2T CR

I can't find anything on Hynix about "HMP1256UEFR8C," looks to like you're goin to just have to test and see how far they go. At least you got a SPD table now, did it give MHz or voltage?

DDR2 800mhz. im gonna bump the volts to 1.9 and see what that gets me.
