Compatibilty Questions/Advice.

Well, as most computer junkies, I will be getting new parts this Christmas (woo woo!). I have my new motherboard picked out (UD5P) but I am still weary on the ram half of this upgrade. I was thinking of this set of OCZ, but I don't know if everything will be compatible and I would also like to know how these sticks perform. I have always been sort of screwed by my ram and now I am looking for some great ram that won't hold me back with my 720. Any other sets can be suggested, keeping in mind, I don't want to spend over $100 on this set. Any help is appreciated so thanks in advance.
