The card is a Gigabyte HD3850 512 with a nice Zalman, Heatsink/fan active cooling..it looks flashy and all but the is this little problem i have

I CAN'T CONTROL MY FAN SPEED OR HAVE ANY INFO ON ITS CURRENT SPEED or SPEED% NO MATTER WHAT PROGRAM I USE

The fan is connected to the card via two yellow and black cable, i did some research and i found that the fan should have three cables and not just two in order to have control and info on it, so i started searching for a work around but couldn't find any....

Anyone can help out?

You don't need 3 cables to control the speed, the third one is just for monitoring the speed.

I just add a resistor to the loop to force a lower voltage, keeps the fans quiet.
