Help finding adapter

UHF -> RF/Coax

Used to have one but now I can find it and searching the web has yielded nothing so far

The one I had was a simple two screw(for the UHF leads) with a single rf/coax output. I am thinking radio shack might have one, but I cant find it on the site

Picture of the two leads, unfortunatly that is only a splitter

Even PONG used 75 ohms cable and came with 75 to 300 ohm video/antenna switch box for TVs. TVs still had 300 ohms terminal as late as mid 80's when most TV started offering only 75 ohms input along with built in basic cable service.

I liked the older 300 ohms cables because they were flat and could be run through windows with no issue. 75 ohms cable were round and couldn't be used through a window without causing draft in wintertime and mosquito invasion in summer.

As well, now day, most cable and satellite service drills hole through wall, run cable through it, and plug the gap so window isn't an issue for a couple decades now.
