Need recommendation for a DP 1366 board

Here's a list of boards from Newegg.

Do any of these OC at all (if not by BIOS, maybe BSEL mod), or do they all pretty much run stock?
Planning on using 2x E5520s.

Not unless I can OC them.

Would a TRUE be sufficient for it? E5520 has only 80W TDP compared to i920's 130W.

Absolutely. More than sufficient even if you did manage to get them OC'd a bit.

As for Dual Socket boards in general, I'm afraid I cannot help you.
