Is this CPU good or not?

Well i have this AMD 7750 2700mhz, using HT1, am2+ , mobo asrock n68-s.
And i want to know if it is a good one.
In Hwbot, comparing it with the 6000,5600.5400.5200.4400
Its loosing, except the Black Edition of this one that i don't have, i have the normal,is getting much better results, its winning.
I want to know if i have spent my money in a good inversion.

Will this CPU last?, the mobo is am3 too

sorry for the bad grammar

Its not a bad CPU, but if you have an AM3 motherboard, you may have been better off with a 550BE or something of the like. You should be able to clock that CPU to 3.2GHZ+

You can only compare at bwbot if you overclock. If you notice, most scores there are HEAVILY overclocked. So if you are not, then you are comparing apples to oranges.

You have an AM2+ motherboard with support for AM3 CPUs. There is a pretty big difference between that and an AM3 motherboard.
Mainly, you can only use AM3 cpus and DDR3 memory in an AM3 mobo, while AM2+ uses DDR2 and can do CPUs for socket AM2, AM2+, and AM3.

Keep the MB and plat with the HT ref clock moving it up 2-4 at a time until it becomes unstable than add some V and repeat. Keep an eye on your temps and have fun.

Do not be afraid to lower memory, HT or NB multi to reach a higher OC.
