Okay... I have been running 3dMarks05 at at 300 FSB to get ready for forum wars on my current setup:

AMD 4050e @ 300FSB
2x512mb Corsiar XMS2 5-5-5-18 (525 MHz)
216 unified shaders 260GTX (675/1455/1053)

and I was getting a score around 16,900.

Now I changed my setup to:

AMD 4050e @ 300FSB
2x512mb Corsiar XMS2 5-5-5-18 (525 MHz)
240 unified shaders 285GTX (740/1665/1390)

and I am getting a score around 16,900.

Where am I bottlenecking I thought the new GFX card would increase my score. Any thoughts?

You're completely CPU bound. It's no surprise that you got no gain from the video card change. 06 is very heavily system bound these days. In Vantage you'd likely get a boost, but even there it probably won't big.
