Dragon+ and 100MHz cpu

I heard there were probs with this combo. I am running a Duron 1200 and now I have probs booting up, sometimes yes, sometimes no. Anybody have a clue as to how to fix. I tried changing FSB to 133 and dropping the multiplier, but sys wouldn't even post. Help please!!! This is only my temp sys while I RMA an XP 1600+. Thnx
