What OS are you running, and is the system Prime / OCCT/ Linpack / LinX stable? And what are the core temp's while under 100% load?

Is your OC stable? Sounds like it's not.

Please list out
Cooling (OEM or aftermarket) (case cooling would help too)
MOBO
What kind of 600w psu

What are you reading your temps with?

I might not be able to help much, but this info could help others.

Seems like a GPU hardeware/software crash.

When the GPU crash and recover, it stay on "safety" mode. Install EVGA precision and monitor the GPU temp.

You can also run a Prime95 Blend to test your OC for stability.

First off all, like i told, it seems to be a GPU problem.

Download EVGA precision and OCCT or Furmark.

Run an OCCT gpu test or a Furmark GPU test to stress this "recertified" GPU.
Monitor TEMP with EVGA precision and let it run for at least 10-20min but a good 1h cant be bad at all. These program will Load your GPU @100%, temp gona be high but 80°c isnt something that afraid these GPU. If you reach 90°c++ i would say you have a temp issue and Manualing the GPU fan can be needed while running these test. Gaming isnt loading the gpu that hard.

Come back with a screenshot of EVGA precision + OCCT gpu test running.
