iNovo Edge Keyboard Mac/Pc Differance?

Can the Logitech diNovo Edge Mac Edition Cordless Keyboard work on Windows? The Logitech diNovo Edge Mac Edition Cordless Keyboard is almost half the price as the reg windows version.

You might have to remap the command key to work as a "Windows" key (I'm not sure whether it acts as Meta or not), but keyboard input is a well-defined standard. Any keyboard should work on any system, at least for the basic keys.
