Ok so it may not be the maximum possible,but its the best I can get stable with reasonable voltages on air.

I recently upgraded to Q8400($50 cost after selling my Q8200) , a bit faster and has Vm, + having a 4.0Ghz quad sounds better
nb the 3000 hrs is obviously using the Q8200.

Yes I know memory type makes a difference,and that some people are gonna say theyre running 1920 fsb and below with like 1.3V cpu core and 1.3vMCH.
Well gl to ya,these are settings I use for 1960-2000 .
The settings are actually what I need for 1980 and 2020 fsb ,and no i didnt just bang in a bit more v's for cpu mch and ram,there was testing for each setting
