Bluray Playback

I am wondering if a Pentium 4 530 is good enough to play back bluray? I am still looking for a gpu though.

No...you will need GPU support for smooth Blu-Ray playback with that CPU

how good of a gpu. would a 4350 work or should i go higher?

ok because when i play it with my 6600gt, it is very choppy. but what i want to make sure is that if i have a 4350 and that Pentium 530 will bluray play fine?

6600gt does not support GPGPU functions
