I've got a reason to build a server to perform a multitude of functions. As such I'm getting rid of my gaming rig (in my sig) and building a server. Just not sure what I need to a PSU. Here's the part list:

Mobo: Supermicro X8SIL-F (N82E16813182211)
CPU: Intel X3440 (N82E16819117225)
RAM: Kingston 2x2GB (N82E16820139041)
HD (up to 4 of these): WD 1TB 5400RPM (N82E16822136490)

So the question becomes whether or not a 380w or 400w is going to be good enough? I was looking at this model here: N82E16817371033

earthwatts are great psus and can run a lot of stuff but for the price I would bump it up just a tad to maybe this

or bump it up one more notch if you decide you want a mid range vid card in there too

I have a dedicated folding/storage rig running off an earthwatts 380W just fine. its got a Q6600 in it with an nvidia 9800GT. 4 gigs of ram and 4 hard drives, rock solid running.

Thanks for the replies so far. I should've mentioned this server will be running headless, so onboard video is sufficient (since video won't be hooked up - no GUI - all linux).
