Trying to OC my GTX285 Classified.

Currently running the Shaders @ 1800mhz
If I clock it to 1836 the driver takes a dump...

OCing using the latest RivaTuner and the 195.62 driver.

Do I need to bump up the voltage?

I have issues past 1620 on my second GPU, and i only have pushed to 1700 on my first GPU, but use 1650 now.

Have you seen the GPU shader thread? Lemme know if you get stable at 1800+, maybe i will push it higher... i thought 285s hovered around 1600-1700 shaders... could be wrong though. i also under clock the core and mem to keep temps lower, but that could also be my issue with my shaders not going higher...

does "NANs detected on gpu" (or NANs something) error with the client quitting mean the shaders are to high? or just unstable in general?

My shaders are set to 1609 on my GTX 285s are that's about all I can get out of them without getting 25% failure rate on the WUs. I'm also running stock core and memory and water cooled so they run real cool. Got sick of losing the WUs so I just leave them set @1609.

Keep in mind that GTX285 shader steps are in 54MHz increments, so setting them to 1800 and 1760 are both really 1782; 1700, 1650, and 1665 all result in 1674; and 1609 is really 1620.
