folding on workstation

I am running a Dell Precision 650 w/ dual 3.0ghz Xeons. I have a few options for this. I can enable or disable HT, which would you all suggest for folding on this machine? What would yeild the best for folding on this machine.?

If the i7 is anything to go on turn ht on and run win smp2 or native linux and -bigadv.

I have the HT on, I am running windows XP pro 32 bit on this machine, I looked in the f@h site and found 2 smp (MPICH) and smp (DEINO) but couldn't locate smp2. Is there a link you could send me for that? Trying to get the max out of my folding machines. Thanks for all your help btw.

thanks dark, I found the sticky for installing the smp2. have it all up and working. I think. lol
