PSU and GPU question

Well the description of the gpu says a psu with at least 36A on the 12V rails, and that psu has combined 36A. I think it's cutting it close.
 
yeah i know but i(like an idiot)forgot to check into the wattage demands for a gpu and focused on the demands for the new intel corei7 i picked up.
 
well im running a core i7 @2.66ghz,4gigs of kingston ram with a dvd burner and cd burner..also a card reader.....other than that im not running anything special in the way of lighted fans or cathodes or anything like that.....its pretty much all stock..the psu and the core i7 both claim to use some kind of energy fuction that places the power where its needed and usually when im playing a game im doing nothing else but maybe have my utorrent going.
