Exclamation gigabyte 8800GT clocks running slow

been having problem with crashes(previous post ahahah) when running 3d apps.
GV-NX88T512HP gigabyte 8800 gt. I installed everest and it stated that my graphic card's clock are running hella slower
GPU CLOCK(Geometric Domain): 450Mhz(original: 700Mhz)
GPU CLOCK(Shader Domain): 1188Mhz(original: 1715Mhz)
REAL CLOCK 701Mhz (DDR) (original:920Mhz)
EFFECTIVE CLOCK 1404Mhz
BANDWIDTH: 43.9GB/s (compared to my evga 8800gt with 52ish GB/s)

is this a bad card?? or can i adjust the clock back to origial speed because those are hella slow clock rates for an 8800gt
