thermaltake Ultima 90i or xigmatek sd964 for Phenom II x4 940 ???

Hi all,
i have narrowed my choice of cooler for my phenom II 940 to the following:
ultima 90i (buying used one as its out of production)
xigmatek sd964

Please tell me which one will perform best between these two.

P.S: i want cooler less than 145mm in height and these two fits the bill.

BTW, it's Thermalright, not Thermaltake that makes the Ultima 90 heatsink.

I have no experience with the Xigmatech heatsink, but the Ultima 90 is an excellent choice for cooling that 940. Reviews testing it have shown it to be very close in performance to the TRUE. You won't be going wrong with the Ultima 90.
