NEED RAID 0 HELP P5Q SE/R

hi guys i have set up raid 0 before but not on this system

what boot able disc should i use to set up the 4 hdds?
or is their another way

im wanting to move all the data from my 640g hdd to a raid array but i cant get the raid set up

never mind.. got it

not that anyone seems to want to help or anything.....
