What software exists that can migrate Windows and Recovery Console operating systems and files from a hard disk to another hard disk AND leave the migrated files defragmented on the destination hard disk?

imagex.exe is a microsoft tool that will let you capture the contents on your file system, save it as a .wim file, and then apply it onto another disk. I do not believe the applied file system will be fragmented. You can run this command line utility from an existing Windows install with the target drive slaved, or put it on a WinPE disk and capture it that way.

You can also use Clonezilla to build an image. Like other imaging utilities, Clonezilla won't leave you with a fragmented disk when you apply images. The benefit of imagex over other tools is that the wim files can be extremely small compared to other formats.
