to OCF1) Do you plan on having multiple graphics cards anytime? ATI or nVidia?
2) Do you already have memory? DDR2 or DDR3?
Pickins are getting slim these days, esp for mATX, and it's had to recommend something with so little information. Let us know and we'll be happy to help

thanks for your input.
1) don't plan on having separate video card, will be used for mainly surfing and rare photoshop (will be sluggish I know).
2) likely I have spare in my garage of DDR2.
