That should work fine, but I prefer ones without a proprietary base like this:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Belkin+...bolsp-app02-12?id=1179876185809&skuId=8386739
The bottom of the antenna joining the base is a normal USB plug.

That way, if you have trouble with signal strength through the house, you can pair it with this:
http://www.freeantennas.com/projects/template2/index.html
.....by making the center holes large enough to fit the device into.
You can also use directly in a laptop etc. without the cord, or with any male/female USB extension cord.

I have that same one, only the older A/B/G model, and it has performed perfectly for 2 years now.
Please note though, that I do not game.

...
please help thanks
To have a wireless Desktop computer, the power supply must be integrated into the computer, but without using wires. Mabye using batteries soldered to circuit boards soldered on to the motherboard and onto other components. Not easy to do.

Silly zzzzzzzzzzz, you're sleeping again. :D
He's talking about wireless internet hookup to his desktop, though the title is a bit vague.
