weird issue with EVGA x58 motherboard

The computer turns the monitors off after like 10 minutes(i set it that way...w7) I moved the mouse and keyboard and nothing happened. So I restarted and bios was moving really slow(instead of the typing popping up it was like someone was typing it) Then it said keyboard error input or something. I restarted again and same thing. I powered off and let it sit for about 2 minutes and restarted and it was fine.

Anyone know what the issue was?

Sounds like the sleep mode problem. Ever since my last Asus Bios update, I get pretty much the same thing, except for the errors. I just turned off sleep mode. There have been various reports of people who's sleep mode does not work.
