I have my H50 installed on my ASUS M4A79XTD EVO, however I dont understand how to turn off the mb fan control. The manual isnt very clear. I am not totally sure it is running at full capacity. I have the setting set to performance because the book said that it would put it on full, but then there is an option on which fans your trying to power one is dc i dont remember the other tho how do i set it up a picture would be amazing.

The manual talks about bios settings? Usually in the bios there is fan control settings. Check that out.

You want the pump header to be connected to the CPU header, and fan control turned off, max speed all the time.

You can connect the fan to another header and use the bios to set up fan speeds for different temps.
