This is what I currently have in mind.
I want to overclock it up to 4.0Ghz minimum :) Let me know what you guys think and if I need to change anything.
PC would mostly be used in 3D Modeling, not gaming.

Woah, some of those prices are QUITE high. WOW!!

Try www.newegg.com itll lower those prices ALOT.

Now, Id suggest going with 8-8-8-24 1600mhz RAM, or maybe 9-9-9-27 2000mhz if you want more than 4ghz (if you want more than a 200mhz bclock). Also, that cooler wont cut it. Go with a Megalehems, Noctua, H50, or something of the likes, ESPECIALLY trying to run 4ghz plus on air w/ a 920. Other than that, looks pretty good.'

If you want to game, Id definitely suggest atleast a 5770/GTX260, with a 5850 being a much better option but you said you didnt need :)

Yeah. Thats a joke review, with somehow skewed results. No way The Mugen is topping those coolers by that much, not gonna happen (no offense to yours).

Also, the V8 coolermaster cant keep up with some of those coolers (like the Megalehems), yet it does????

For video card, if you dont think youll game much, get a lower end 5xxx series ATI. That way, youll have DX11 IF needed. If you wont need DX11 and want to save some money, go with a 4850 maybe or a GTX 240/250 like you said before.
