hello all
take a look at this. CpuZ and BLackBox both say that my cpu multiplier is 9X making my cpu frequency 1.2ghz, however my bios says its 3.0ghz. the only thing that is different is the muliplier. Im guessing i should just go by what the bios says. should i be concerned?

+1 to burebista

C1E or CxE turns down the volts/multipliers of chips to save power when not in use.. makes apps like that look like bunk when you aren't taxing the system

run prime95 and keep them open.. you will see the same #s as your BIOS
