GA-P31-DS3L Wont put power through

GA-P31-DS3L Wont put power through

Everything is connected up, the power suply works fine, it just wont boot =[ tryed turning the wires around on the switch's but still no joy!!! can anyone help me here :S

CPU: Pentium G620, 2.6GhZ (Not O-C)
GPU: Radeon HD 5770
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77 X-D3H
PSU: Mushkin Joule 800W
HDD: Raptor 740 + Seagate 320GB
LCD: LG L194WT 19" + Packardbell 22"
Sound: Creative Audigy SE linked to Cambridge Audio P25 MK2

Besides the GA-P31-DS3L what are the rest of the system spec's, including CPU, RAM, PSU, etc.?
