time difference

So i am running the SMP client.
my clock says it is 9:01 but int he command window running the SMP client it says 12:54.

1. Why is that?
2. Is it important?

FAH always uses UTC(Universal time)/GMT to display time. Irregardless of your system time.

No its not important.
