From a Newb,

So I'm fairly certain that I can build a computer but my biggest worry is compatibility. I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, but I know roughly what I'll be needing. If anyone is willing to look over this build and lend me a helping hand it would be much appreciated.

PROC: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition Thuban 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor Model HDT90ZFBGRBOX

MOBO: ASUS M4A89TD PRO AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s AMD Motherboard

RAM: OCZ AMD Black Edition 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model OCZ3BE1600C8LV4GK

VIDEO CARD: EVGA 012-P3-1470-AR GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

All these can be found on new egg. Like I said I was just wondering if these part will hum harmoniously with each other.
