Is there a way to disable a specific device someone is plugging into a machine on a domain?

i know there is a way to disable all usb devices using group policy, but since the mouse and keyboard are usb, that would not work.

there is also a possibility to disable removable storage, but i don't think a camera qualifies for that.

if you were to disable the device using device manager it would work, but device manager opens up in read only when you manage a remote machine.

any suggestions?
