Hi,

I just bought a dv7t quad with the following specs for 780GBP

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-820QM Quad Core processor (1.73GHz, 8MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 3.06 GHz
Memory 8GB DDR3 RAM System Memory
Hard drive 500GB SATA 7200RPM Hard Drive
Graphics card 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 230M with Integrated Webcam
Display 17.3" diagonal High Definition HP LED BrightView Widescreen (1600x900p)
Primary optical drive Lightscribe SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW with Double Layer Support

Networking Intel Wireless-N Card (a/b/G compatible)
Keyboard HP Color Matching Keyboard
Primary battery 8 Cell Lithium Ion Battery
Warranty HP Manufacturer's Warranty - 90 days - Can be extended up to 4 years with Accidental Damage Protection

I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade the GPU atall?
I mainly do 3D, zbrush, work etc gaming is just a luxury but it would be nice.

I found this http://www.aphqelectronics.com/product_info.php?language=en&currency=GBP&products_id=4256

would this be compatible as a bluray drive for my laptop?

also..was this a good deal? I think its hard to to get an 820 for under 1k.
