Budget gamer 10 fan system

Computer specs in sig
Will have more pics when my 2 60mm fans get in next day or two. Idle temps are 35-38 on CPU/GPU about 42-46 stressed for both. Havnt seen either hit above 48. CPU/NB OC to 3400/2400 from 3000/1800 Video card GPU/MEM OC to 895/1050 from 750/800.

25dba was one of lowest ones they had for price. Didnt feel like paying $10-12/fan to drop 2-5dba
