win7 SMP client Core Download Error

NOTE: FIXED!!! Needed to be run as admin.

So I just rebuilt my machine. installed the smp client on my win7 64 bit quad core machine (see sig)
followed the instructions here. I download data then get Core Download Error every time.

I want to set up gpu folding as well but i figured I woudl get this up first.
I will say that on the set up instructions there are soem questions that are missing. I can redo the procedure and copy them all down if you want.

What directory for fah client?

Post some of the fahlog.txt, showing the client starting up, and the error.

Download error can mean something is blocking the client, like UAC, AV software, etc.
