Cannot seem to hit my stable sweet spot at 4.0GHz

My system
Thermaltake V3 Black Top Exhaust Front intake, Side Intake, Bottom intake, Rear intake(for H50)

CPU: Intel I7 860 Stock 2.8Ghz Batch # L003B839
MOBO: MSI P55 GD65 Non usb 3.0
RAM: 4 Gb 2x2gb Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24
Power: OCZ ModXtreme-Pro 700W
HDD: 2x WD Caviar Blue 160gb Raid0
GFX: Zotac 9800 GTX+ 512MB

Cooling: Corsair H50 Push Pull w/ dual Scythe S-Flex SFF21F

Anyone see anything wrong here when I run prime95 it crashes whenever i start ANY test.

Ahhh... another 860 on the block!

You can get that up to 4Ghz without an issue on air using a 212+, the H50 probably, higher.

I wish I remembered every setting by heart. I'm not home to walk you through it.

But you'll need to disable all power saving options, such as C1E, C1, C2, etc...

Turn off turbo...

I'm sure others can go further. Don' t want to give you the wrong info.
