1200W with only a single 80mm fan doesn't seem like a good idea to me, unless fan technology just had a random growth spurt.

It probably has a big fan on the underside as well... since not many psu's have the fan at the back that's probably why it was mentioned in the description... my enermax galaxy is the same, 140mm fan on the underside with an 80mm fan on the back...
