I sent a dead powercolor 5830 in to be fixed about 2 weeks ago. I just looked on thier site and it says it is shipped back to me. The process was actually pretty straight forward, once I found the rma tab on the site. Emails to powercolor didnt do any good, but overall I am pretty happy with the speed with which they have done the repair. There is also the little tidbit of it being checked when it gets back to make sure it is fully functional. I have seen bad things of powercolor rma process in the past, but so far my experience is very good.
