choices choices choices

So I'm almost done with building my rig all I have to do is pick out some ram. I have a i7 940 and Im either getting a asus rampage 3 or Asus p6x58d premium mobo. I'm going to be overclocking my i7 so I'm wondering what ram would give the best performance and still be reasonably priced. I got these 4 right now..

My rig is already getting really expensive and if I can I want to minimize cost, however I want this pc to last a while so if its worth it ill buy the most expensive of the 4. Also I heard that the dominators give awesome overclocking marks. But what is the difference between the 2 different dominators I listed? Feedback or other suggestions are greatly appreciated! thanks!

I would want at least 1600 rated rams. if you are trying to save money the ripjaws are a decent set and save you $60. The corsiars doms are great rams, and if you looking for a hardcore oc then the better rams give you more options when overclocked to peak performance. You just have to decide whether its worth the 70 difference

Maybe my eyesight is going bad but, what's the difference between the 2 doms you posted?

The Dominator modules are the same, other than the CMP version supports Corsair's DHX Pro technology...

So the dom with the cmp technology is cheaper? Weird.
