Is there a program out there that can find your absolute lowest timings for the best ram throughput?

Similar to gigabyte's Easytune 6, but for just RAM?

If not, someone should make an application, it would be very useful and a time saver!

It works for CPUs with Integrated Memory Controllers; AMD Phenom DDR2/DDR3 and Intel Core i3/i5/i7.
