Unfortunately the 4500 doesn't support CUDA, so you won't be able to fold on it at all. :(

oh well, I will just have to build another machine dedicated to folding with it. Does a folding machine perform better with more ram?

well I just went to the nvidia sight to download the newest driver for my card and there it was. First thing they fix was support for Cuda. I am now a happy camper.
Nope. You're still out of luck. The Quadro 4500 GPU does not support CUDA. It just isn't built into the GPU. The drivers will have no effect for you.

Here's the list of supported GPUs: http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_gpus.html

The drivers you were looking at only add support for CUDA 3.1 to GPUs that already supported the earlier versions of CUDA.

Sorry.

Thats alright, I am building a F@H system around my 260 and my engineering department just told me that I am getting a quadro fx 1700 for my work machine. That is on the list so I guess it will be folding when I am not there. LOL. pushing close to 1 million points and I have to up my game a bit.
